Edgbaston is about as local as it gets for me — I'm based just next door in Harborne, minutes from the Botanical Gardens, Winterbourne and Edgbaston Park Hotel. I know these venues and their gardens well: where the best light falls, the quiet corners for couple portraits, and how each one photographs through the seasons.
